Smart ways to use old CD/DVD

Hello freinds, after a long time I finally got some hours to give to this blog. I really want to give time to my writings but everytime some or the other issue like studies and prepration comes on this poor soul. Anyways I am a fighter by spirit so will keep in touch with you all and will come up with some better things in coming months.

If we remember before some 4-5 years CD/DVD were very frequently used by us to carry and transfer data from one place to other. But now that place is taken by good quality Pen drives and large volume external Hard Disks. So people like me and many others have a quite large collection of those old CD/DVDs.

LACK OF GOOD LEADERSHIP IN INDIA AND ITS AFFECTS ON INTERNATIONAL POLITICS

Hello friends, this year we will be celebrating our 64th Republic day, a festival to celebrate one more successful year of our Great Indian constitution. Today I want to analyze the capability of Indian leadership, our Indian Politics gave in last few decades. Since a long time I am feeling a lack of strong leadership in my India.

I personally think that with passing years, our politicians and political standard is morally going down and taking India to some unknown and wrong path which is definitely not for us.

Recently I heard our Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh who gave a quite tasteless and ineffective speech. Unfortunately we cannot expect much from our present PM to give something like motivational speech but still I deeply felt that our PM is very sad due to his continuous ignorance by his own party in taking policy based decisions.

We have Sonia Gandhi as a most powerful lady of India with all powers, though she is having no such official designation except that she is head of Indian National Congress. Members of Gandhi family, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi don't believe in mixing with common people. Even sometimes they and their top leaders try to make such policies for the people for which they don't even think necessary to give explanation to people. This is the reason that in recent years common people are feeling detached from the present ruling party.

Don't forget that these are the years when US and European countries are not in a better financial condition like they use to be in past decades. Most of the Western countries are struggling with financial crisis. In Europe, the condition of most of the countries is so bad that it will take years for them to revive back to the normal condition. Americans are trying hard to come out from the financial trap but even after applying all the tricks and tactics, still there is a very little hope that they will soon recover from it.

Ideally, this decade should be of our India but we are not able to grasp this opportunity due to lack of right political  leadership. We are still on the same track where we were before. The result is that at present all the developed nations of the world are struggling to heal themselves, leaving poor nations behind, and there is a clear lack of Global leadership in the world. This was the time when our India should have filled this vacant space but it seems that the story of Indian leadership will finish even before it will observe a good start. We are not even able to manage our own internal politics then how can we expect that we can lead the world with such condition.

Now let’s talk from the aspect of strategic role of India in maintaining balance in Asian politics. At present most of our European allies and US is not in a condition to continue more in Afghanistan. They are making a return after giving a stable government to our friend Afghanistan and an unstable government in Iraq. Democratic government in Afghanistan is still in the fear that Pakistani Army will try to destabilize Kabul after return of the US troops from Afghanistan. Due to confusing foreign policy of India, our Afghani friends are not sure that India can help them against this. There was the time when many Eastern and South-Eastern countries use to look India with a hope that India will play a strong factor in maintaining balance against China in Asian Politics. But now these East Asian friends do not look us with much hope due to lack of any strong leadership from Indian side.

But after all this, just look at the attitude of our Indian politicians as if nothing is going wrong around us. We are behaving like that ostrich which hide its head inside mud when it sees the danger behind it.

It’s something amusing to see the present ruling system in India, Sonia Gandhi have almost all the powers but do not have any responsibility, on the other hand our honorable Prime minister Mr. Manmohan Singh have too many responsibilities but he don't have any power to take decision by his own. Indian National Congress is the same party which got a big support of public in 2009 because of the financial reforms it did in those past 5 years in the form of some good policies like Narega and other policies favoring poor class of India.

But surprisingly after 2009 this party stopped the financial reforms. Also we saw some big and shameful acts of corruption by senior congress leaders, most of them are still facing CBI enquiry and trials in courts. Present government neither has any vision nor is it looking to have any will power to do something for the betterment of India. Rahul Gandhi is not more than liability on congress party.

Unfortunately, we Indians do not have any good option against congress. BJP is not able to take all Indians together, at least it lost its support from minority community after 2002 incident. At present country is looking Aam Aadmi Party with too much hope that it will free the state from corruption. But this party has to cover a long distance.

Also I have a fear that with time, this party should not adapt the ways of communists and similar left wing parties like distributing resources to people for free. This is not a part of healthy politics and comes under unfair appeasement to get votes which at last harms the financial condition of the state and things will go even worse with time like we can see in West Bengal what communists did to that prosperous state in last 30 years.

Our regional politics is even worst. Our regional and state based politics is based on caste, sub-Castes, regionalism, communities, having different political names and races like Gandhi, Sindhia, Singh, Pilot, Yadav etc. We have such leaders who do politics on fear and worries of people. People like Mayawati, Mulayam Singh, Thakrey play with the sentiments of people and bring such topics which creates division in society. In such condition we should not feel surprise if our Indians look the ideal leadership in some cricket celebrity or a film star.

Even mass leaders like Narendra Modi are not accepted by all the classes of the society. I keep mix feelings for Mr. Narendra Modi with several likes and several dislikes. There is a big class of Muslims and a few secular who dislike Modi due to his wrong handling of Gujarat riots, which will remain a shame on Indian history when a CM was not able to perform his duty properly.

Though in his blog Mr. Modi expressed his grief and sad feelings about those riots but this will not bring back the life of those innocent victims, brutally killed in those riots. Ideally, a CM of the state must take full responsibility of anything good or bad that happen under his rule. But if you compare Gujarat with other Indian states then you will see a good about his administration that after 2002, there is not even a single activity of violence in state, today Gujarat is a developed state and both Hindus and Muslims there are benefited from this progress.

Today our India is in a need of such a non-corrupt leader who could be accepted by all the classes and religions, also who have the capability to take strong decisions both at Global and Local level and can bring real secularism in India, not like these present Pseudo-secular opportunistic politicians.

Within coming years, our India is about to become the most populous country of the world. We are truly in a need of a capable leader who can boost the morale of Indians that we Indians can also see big dreams and possess capability to make them true. I am still in search of such a leader.

Professionalism or something else

Its been about 8 months to me while coming here in professional world as a Software Engineer. In my previous company GCPL, a subsidiary company of the Owners of City Montessori School (a Guinness book record holder in 2008 for its enrollments of about 32000 pupils, maximum in the world) it was the first time I came to know some amazing facts about my job there.

Most of us are aware with the term job Satisfaction. Yes you guessed right, its not important that what you know or how much knowledge you have or how quickly you can troubleshoot the problems, once you are in a company you have to work as-is guided by your owners or boss. I think myself damn expert in developing web based softwares based on Dotnet Technology, but for that I have to wait for next 7 months till I switched my job here in Mumbai. Actually that’s why its said why college life is quite different from this professional world.

Another lesson I learned (and actually successfully executed there at GCPL) is that if you are giving competition to someone, first try to be humble with him/her. Its a good habit to cooperate even with your competitors. Atleast I think that my competitor is not the only one I’m giving competition. At the same time I’m in competition with other thousands of guys who belong to my same profession (though not important working for same organization). If your fellow worker is good, try to share your skills as much from your them..This will no doubt polish your skills.

But all fingers in a hand are not equal. Sometimes we face odd situations. So then question arises that what should we do in such situation? If someone ask me d same then I prefer that just finish all the options of your competitor with your knowledge n skills. This trick works in every 9 out of 10 times, obviously if your boss is not partial.

My Personal Diary

In class 9th I brought my first personal diary to write something. It had a lock on it and I use to wear that key with my locket. Every Sunday I use to write that with all my experience of good n bad, funny n sad. There I use to write even smallest things, about my friends, family n even which of my school teacher is most beautiful or when a girl I like gave me a greeting card on new year.

Also a moment when our friend group decided to write a name of a girl each of us like to the opposite side of our school pants. But that was a wrong move. Just after 2 days my mamma caught me on that..shitt..  . Thank god she just laughed and I think she told this to my maasi also but said nothing to me but for me that were really embarrassing moments :d.

I use to capture some of these lovely moments in my diary as honestly as I could. But with passing time I had one fear that if someday myfather or some elder will read all that then how will I face them. I passed my high school n reached class 11th,,now I was more careful withmy words but still try to do justice with myself. This continued more about 2 or 3 years till I joined Orkut and blogging like things. With passing time I left writing my diary.

They are still kept safe in my room and its awesome to read those childhood experience and little understanding with which I use to describe the things that time   I am still fond of those writings but I think I will never have the same courage and honesty to write something in that style. Now those diaries are one of the most valuable things that can never be recreated like that past time. I’ll like to keep them with me my entire life.
